Eyebrow transplantation is a highly detailed procedure that requires millimeter precision and artistic vision, consisting of several stages.

The number of grafts to be taken and the implantation plan are finalized at this stage.
2. Local Anesthesia and Preparation: The donor area and the eyebrows are numbed using special devices. This allows the patient to remain pain-free and comfortable throughout the entire procedure.
3. Collection of Grafts (Roots): Suitable eyebrow roots (usually single follicles) are collected one by one from the donor area at the back of the head. The collected roots are kept in special solutions to preserve their viability before being precisely implanted into the brow area.
4. Opening the Channels (for Sapphire FUE): Micro-channels for the collected roots are opened in the eyebrow area using precious sapphire tips. Sapphire tips minimize tissue trauma and allow for dense, precise implantation.
5. Implantation: The prepared single grafts are carefully placed one by one, paying strict attention to the natural direction and very flat angle (usually 10-15 degrees) of eyebrow growth to ensure a completely natural look.
6. Dressing and PRP: After the procedure, the donor area is covered with a dressing. PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy is usually administered at the end of the procedure to accelerate healing and nourish the roots.

The recovery process after eyebrow transplantation is a step-by-step period with phases such as “Shock Loss.” Being patient is crucial for a beautifully framed result.
First 3 Days (Rest): Mild swelling (edema) may occur around the nose and eyes after the procedure; this is normal and temporary. For the first 3 days, it is recommended that you do not bend your head forward and that you lie on your back in a slightly upright position. The bandage on the donor area is removed after 1-2 days.
First 10 Days (Scaling): Small, dot-like scabs form in the treated area. These scabs are gently washed daily using the special washing technique (lotion and shampoo) that will be taught to you. By the end of the 10th day, the scabs should have completely fallen off, leaving a clean appearance.
1 - 3 Months (Shock Shedding): This phase may worry patients, but it is the most natural part of the process. The transplanted eyebrow strands break off and shed as the roots take hold. The roots remain alive under the skin and enter a resting phase to produce new, strong brow hair.
3 - 6 Months (New Growth): The shock shedding ends and permanent eyebrow hair begins to grow. With each passing month, the brows thicken and become denser.
10 - 12 Months (Final Result): Eyebrow hair reaches its final thickness and density. The complete, natural look is fully realized within 12 months.

Eyebrow transplantation is an extremely safe procedure performed under local anesthesia and classified as “microsurgery.” When performed by skilled professionals, the risk of complications is negligible.
Mild Swelling and Bruising: After the procedure, mild swelling may occur on the forehead and around the eyes due to the effects of gravity. This condition is temporary and can be completely overcome within a few days by drinking plenty of water and applying ice.
Itching: Itching in the donor and recipient areas during the healing process is a sign that the tissue is healing. This sensation can be easily soothed with special sprays and lotions.
Numbness: Temporary numbness may occur in the donor or transplant area. As the nerve endings repair themselves, sensation will return to normal within a few months.
