I was born in 1968 in Mersin Gülnar district.
After primary and secondary school, I studied at Kuleli Askeri High School between 1981 and 1985. Between 1985-1992, I studied at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in English. In 1992-1996, After completing assistant training at Turkey's largest gynecology and obstetrics hospital of "Dr. Zekai Tahir Burak Kadın Hastalıkları Eğitim ve Araştırma", I started to work as a gynecology and obstetrician in the same hospital as of January 1997.
In Zekai Tahir Burak Hospital, I trained many assistants in Hysterectomy, Myomectomy, Vaginal Narrowing (Anterior-Back Repair; Colporrhaphy Anterior- Posterior) surgeries in all branches, mostly in the Gynecology unit.
While working at Zekai Tahir Burak Hospital since 2000, I started to provide services on my private practice at the same time.

Labia is the part of the area known as vulva and is formed by labia minora and labia majora. Labia minora, also known as inner lips, consist of 2 flaps of skin on both side of vaginal entrance. Labia majora are the part of the vulva that are external to labia minora.
The most common problems reported are labial irritation or discomfort, in association with wearing tight clothing or occurring during activities such as sexual intercourse, sports and splitting/splaying the urine stream. Functional case, esthetic, psychosocial, congenital anomalies, sex change surgery and traumas especially birth are most common of the reasons for performing labiaplasty operation.
Clitoral hood reduction (clitoral hoodoplasty, clitoral hoodectomy) is reducing the amount of skin that covers the clitoris.

Perineorraphy is repairing the perineal body. Perineal body supports tissue between vagina and anal opening and helps to support the back of vaginal wall.
Perineum is mostly damaged secondary to episiotomy or tears during childbirth. If perineum is damaged, it must be repaired to make smaller vaginal opening and to support the back wall of the vagina.

Vaginoplasty is rejuvenation of vagina by reconstructing or repairing the internal and external vaginal structures. It is performed to treat vaginal relaxation due to various medical complications including vaginal injury due to childbirth, menopausal status and aging.
The main purpose of vaginoplasty is to narrow the vaginal canal. For this aim, some of the loosened vaginal tissue is surgically cut and removed. Often, the damaged tissue around the vagina is also repaired and the vagina is tightened with the support of the pelvic floor.
Most women request vaginoplasty for cosmetic reasons. Vaginoplasty treats vaginal relaxation due to childbirth, aging or any other reason and tightens inner and outer muscle tone.
You will be discharged from the hospital on the same day of the operation or occasionally you will need to stay for overnight. After 1-2 weeks, you can do your daily routine work. After 3-4 weeks you can do normal activities. After 4-6 weeks you can do strenuous activities and sexual intercourse.

The area of vaginal bulge is removed, supporting stiches are placed and vaginal mucosal layer is repaired during the posterior wall repair. Perineal body is supported and vaginal entrance is narrowed with perineorrhaphy.
Posterior vaginal wall and perineum are mostly damaged secondary to vaginal delivery and episiotomy.
